Dota 2 Rent 2.0: what it does
Delivery on payment
Login, password and Steam Guard code go to the buyer’s FunPay chat right after payment. A listing can be bound to one account or a whole category.
Match observer
A separate Steam account in the friends list sees whether the renter is in a match, the hero, score and game time. Data refreshes every 5 seconds.
Soft — no mid-match kicks
If time runs out mid-game, Hub pins the current match and logs out of Steam only after it ends. The wait limit is configurable.
Kill — log out now
Log out of Steam on all devices in one click, even mid-match. A failed attempt retries itself up to 5 times.
Post-rental check
A minute after the rental ends the server checks the account: rank, MMR, behavior score and LP. Plus scheduled checks every N hours.
LP control and washing
Accounts with LP are disabled automatically and re-enabled once LP is gone. You can hand an account out for LP washing — the observer counts the wins.
Dynamic listings
MMR, rank, behavior and courtesy scores update in the listing title and fields. Listings are created from RU and EN templates.
Extensions and minimum rental
The !prod command sends extension links for all of a buyer’s rentals. Short payments add up to the category minimum. Bonus minutes for a 5★ review.
Dashboard and stats
Revenue by day, peak hours, account utilization, top renters, behavior score and LP trends. Per account: rentals, matches and renter score.
Shared fphub blacklist
Buyers blocked by other fphub sellers won’t get your accounts. A buyer after whom LP appeared can be blacklisted automatically.
Dota 2 inventory
The server reads the account inventory and values items at Steam Community Market prices.
Move from Steam Rent
Accounts, listings and message templates move over from Steam Rent with a few buttons — no retyping.

Dota 2 Rent 2.0
Will the renter be kicked mid-match?
No. When time is up, the rental ends in Soft mode: the server waits for the current match to finish and only then logs out of Steam. The wait limit is configurable, and you can press Kill manually.
Why do I need my own VPS?
It runs the agent: Steam and Dota 2 sign-in, the observer, checks, Soft and Kill. The agent only runs signed commands from a fixed list, and the maFile secret never leaves the panel — the server only gets a one-time code.
How is 2.0 different from Steam Rent?
Steam Rent delivers and extends rentals. Dota 2 Rent 2.0 also sees renters’ matches, ends rentals after the game, checks the account after every rental, tracks LP and behavior score and updates listings itself.
How does a buyer extend a rental?
They type !prod in chat and get extension links for all their rentals. A repeat payment from the same buyer extends the current rental instead of issuing a new account.
